Twenty taps supply Kiamarigia with clean drinking water

2024, December 1st: Kiamariga in Laikipia county has a population of 3,000 people. Currently, the main water source is a shallow, dirty river.

Wealthier members of the community were able to pay high prices for water vendors to deliver water from a borehole 10km away. Thanks to the support of AQUA PEARLS, twenty taps will provide clean drinking water to the whole community in future.

Furthermore, eWATERservice took care of the existing village´s storage tank and tower, both in need for renovation.
